We believe in making Great Moments for Everyone, Every day.JOB TITLESignage Specialist | MAF Life Style | Visual MerchandiserROLE SUMMARYThe Signage Specialist will be responsible for managing, supplying, delivering, and implementing all instore and windows signage, both digital and printing, across all brands within all regions for MAF Lifestyle. The role is responsible for creating store signage attributes, maintaining and updating signage libraries, managing cost efficiency and reduce wastage to ensure all store signages are up to date, complete and consistent.ROLE PROFILECoordinate with all stores for all signage needed for sale/promotion, reflecting regional requirementsCoordinate with VM & Marketing departments for instore signage needed for new launches, campaigns, new products and windowsEnsuring PO’s and payments are delivered in line with company policyCreate and maintain tracker of signage created, quantities and deliverablesBuild and maintain strong relationship with the Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics, Store teams to ensure collaborative efforts towards effective Visual.Provide exceptional internal customer service, assisting the marketing team on key projects, coordinating where necessary with approved agencies, third parties.Create and maintain store signage database in line with the brand specification, location and dimensions.REQUIREMENTS3-4 years’ experience within a similar role managing multi brands.Fluent in English with ArabicExperience with Admin workCommunication skillsMust be expert with Microsoft Excel WHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
