Role Purpose:
The position holder is responsible for further maturing and effective implementation of the Business Ethics program at Properties. Key duty of the role is to support the Senior Manager Compliance in establishing a mature Business Ethics (Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Anti-Money Laundering, Counter Terrorist Financing, Sanctions and Ethics Hotline) program and integrating it closely with Enterprise Risk Management, Business Process Management, Legal, Internal Control and Human Capital.
Furthermore, key responsibilities include coordination of Supplier Code of Conduct implementation and management of Ethical Compliance processes and conduct related investigations. Additionally, the position holder’s duties include tracking changes in key external requirements, performing Compliance and Fraud risk assessments as well as ensuring a systematic and standardized approach to internal policy setting, policy implementation and monitoring of policy compliance.
The Manager Business Ethics is expected to act as subject matter expert of business Ethics related matters, including managing Conflict of Interests and Gifts, Hospitality & Entertainments.
The position holder will work closely with MAFP Internal Audit, MAFH Compliance and Compliance representation from other MAF Operating Companies to ensure effectiveness of Compliance Management throughout the MAF organization.
