Role Purpose:The key purpose of the L&D Business Partner role is to create and deliver customized and forward-looking learning solutions, programs and initiatives fit for purpose, address business challenges, and contribute to enhancing overall individual and business performance. The L&D Business Partner acts as the performance improvement catalyst to influence positive change in the business. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:Operational Excellence:Design, develop and curate development content that is accessible, relevant, and engaging.Build and deliver core skills development programs working closely with technical experts to develop learning solutions that are engaging practical, relevant, and meet the needs of learners. Deliver an effective induction to new joiners to get them up to speed and embeds the culture and organizational values. Deliver learnings that address behavioral and functional skills across the business. Partner with stakeholders to provide expert and professional advice on L&D requirements and solutions for capability building.Design digital learning solutions enhancing processes and maximizing learner engagement ensuring long -term learning benefits.Partner with Leadership Institute to understand their offerings & how it can help MAF Lifestyle business.Support the Human Capital team in the implementation of companywide initiatives and programs Develop and Maintain the MAF Lifestyle learning calendar. Financial & Standards:Forecast L&D annual departmental budget, monitoring spends, and ensuring training costs are in line with defined budgets.Drive brand trainings ensuring learning content is in line with MAF and brand guidelines covering all relevant compliance requirements. Manage suppliers and L&D content providers, ensuring full utilization of contracts Monitor the effectiveness of the training programs and its impact on business results Review MAF Lifestyle learning programs ensuring content is kept up to date Contribute and support the business in achieving the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy. Customer:Connect with staff members across the Lifestyle business, understand their strengths and areas of development and organize appropriate trainings for learning needs identified.Coach and mentor staff on a regular basis providing support for self-development and drawing on the full potential of individuals and teams.Create & maintain a network of buddy trainers who would drive the in-store learnings.Identify and develop brand Trainers and provide them with continuous support to perform in their job roles.Drive a CX obsessed culture and mindset across the business for both frontline and head office team members.Leverage internal and external partnerships to enhance development solutions and opportunities.Support in promoting sustainability initiatives to transform the lives of the community and contribute to the net positive impact, and health and wellness.Qualifications/EducationBachelors degree in Human Resources Management or any relevant field Professional qualification in Learning & Development and Coaching / MentoringExperienceMinimum 6-9 years experience in the learning & DevelopmentEvidence of creating and implementing learning journeys, managing culture and change programs
