The Community Management function is responsible for all aspects of day to day operations and management, financial and commercial goals, health, safety, environment and sustainability, customer experience, trust, satisfaction and happiness that are required to ensure world-class services are delivered to MAF community owners and residents. The role requires agile management, handling of internal and external stakeholders, customers, vendors, service providers, contractors and related parties who are directly or indirectly involved and contribute to successful management of MAF communities.
The purpose of this role is to provide day-to-day operational and administrative services to “delight” our customers through operational excellence, pro-active facilities management, and proactive health, safety and environment management.
Key Deliverables:

Oversee site operations and service provider performance related to facilities management.

Develop and assist in preparing HSE policies, procedures, processes, and performance metrics to ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as Dubai Municipality, Dubai Development, Authority, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and other competent authorities.

Conduct site inspections and audits related to HSE and general day to day operations to ensure proactive site management.

Deal with customer complaints and work from start-to-end by coordinating with internal and external stakeholder.

Coordinate with local authorities on matters related to approvals and relationship management.

Assist in day-to-day administration requirements that shall be, but not limited to, reports, procurement requests, technical evaluation of services and service providers.

Engage and assist in community events and campaigns from time to time based on operational requirements.
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Experience:
2 to 4 years’ experience in real estate and related service industry.
