You will be part of Regional Finance team, working closely with key stakeholders in Regional Ocean Management (ROM) team. Together across the diverse and dynamic team, we have strong desire to push boundaries and transform our ocean business, generating value for our customers and sustainable return to our shareholders.
You will spar with the ROM team to optimize value on our Ocean business, identifying opportunities and risks for the business and challenging the business with strategic recommendations.
As a finance professional, you will enjoy being close to the execution of our strategy, influencing the outcomes in a direct, sustainable manner. This role will give you the opportunity to contribute on the development of the ways of working for finance in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
You will support and engage in business decision making within the Regional Ocean Management space, by providing value-add analysis, management reporting, deep dive analysis and performance management.
Your key responsibilities also includes:
- Identifying risks & opportunities for the business through data-driven analysis and providing recommendations with possible solutions & scenarios
- Managing priorities & expectations of stakeholders through active partnering and frequent alignment
- Driving towards a global standardized & digitalized reports landscape through active involvement with wider Global ROM FBP Community
- Producing and organizing the management reporting materials and cycles
- Supporting colleagues on their learning journey through knowledge sharing and peer to peer coaching
- Accountable for data quality & facilitating stakeholders’ usage of data landscape
- Consulted about on forecast quality & accuracy, end-to-end performance optimization, evaluation of business strategies & initiatives
Who we are looking for: (skills, education, certification)
Our future Regional Finance Business Partner comes with a solid experience in high-impact finance roles, with a proven track record of driving business results through financial insights.
A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration combined with experience in Finance Business Partnering, Financial Controlling, Performance Management or Business Administration.
Key competencies:
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, enabling engagement and influence on multiple stakeholders and senior leadership
- Proven analytical skills, able to zoom in on relevant details without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Conveying insights extracted from data into concise, commonly understood business language for effective decision making
- Visible drive for results, inspires others to strive higher and does not bind by functional and leadership level boundaries
