Key Responsibilities:Managerial Role:Strategic PlanningPrepare the division’s strategy and objectives in collaboration with all relevant stakeholdersPropose and ensure development and execution of the division’s objectives and goalsPropose KPI’s for the division and its employees, in alignment to the strategic goalsBudget ManagementManage the development and utilization of the approved division budgetProvide guidance to direct line reports on cost optimization opportunities where applicablePerformance Management Oversee the performance of the division by providing strategic direction and guidance in achieving objectivesProactively communicate the annual divisional objectives and KPIs to division employeesPeople Management Responsible for training and development needs of division’s employees with a special focus on EmiratizationMaintain constant availability of the required number and competent employees to support the division in meeting all its responsibilities, plans, and objectivesProvide constructive feedback and reward performance of division employeesKnowledge Management and InnovationFacilitate and manage the process of knowledge sharing to promote a culture of innovation, creativity, excellence in performance and growthFunctional Role:Develop and ensure the implementation of Human Capital Management objectives, strategies and plans in alignment with the organization’s strategy and education sector.Oversee the implementation and adherence to human capital policies and procedures from the relevant government entitiesEndorse the manpower analysis study, coordinate with the organization’s affiliates, and ensure optimal utilization of Human CapitalSupervise talent management programs and provide training opportunities for employeesEstablish the performance management framework and ensure execution of PPM cycleDevelop the compensation and benefits and reward philosophy and strategyManage the Human Capital initiatives such as leadership development, succession planning, career development etc.Plan, manage and monitor Emiratization programs and initiatives across the organizationManage the Emiratization strategy, targets, and indicators in the organization and its affiliatesGather, consolidate and analyze HC data to draw predictive insights and decisions including Human Capital operational activities such as employee records, HRIS, leaves etc.Manage talent relations including employee grievances and disciplinary actions etc.Plan and execute employee happiness programs and initiatives and manage monthly payroll activitiesPrepare the sector’s Human Capital budget in line with the Executive Directors and the Financial Management Division.Key Requirements:University Degree in a relevant field or equivalent, preferably holds a Master’s degreExperience of at least 9 years in a relevant field, preferably in the education sector.*Please note that this is an Emiratization Role*
