The opportunity
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the document control process for change documentation using current systems available, i.e. Aconex, Prism.
Taking ownership of the existing change register and keeping it up to date with a change request, change authorization request, Instruction, and agreed value of instruction information.
Monitoring performance of project commercial managers where change documents are not being progressed within agreed timescales.
Providing administrative support, where required.
Checking all information coming on to the systems and process accordingly.
Following the distribution matrix for internal distribution of documents and correspondence.
Producing quantitative, status and analysis reports.
Supporting senior staff on routine and ad hoc project-wide assignments.
Based at the RAK Hospitality Staff Housing Project office Ras Al Khaimah.
About you
You have a relevant degree qualification. You have excellent organization and time management skills. You are excellent in IT skills covering Excel, Word, and Outlook. You have knowledge and use of document control systems. You are familiar with commercial change steps and procedures (desirable).
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.
