Distributes internal and external mail. Orders office refreshments/meeting lunches. Assists with typing minutes, agendas, and notices. Create signs/documents as required. Maintain filing systems. Reports any site related IT problems to helpdesk. Meet and greet guests as the face of the organisation. Ensures visitors/guests sign in on arrival. Organises refreshments for meetings/visitors. Provides office diary management support, i.e. booking meeting rooms. Receiving deliveries/incoming and outgoing post. Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work. You’ll Need To HaveExperience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval. Good IT knowledge covering Excel, Word, Outlook. Good typing skills.
