• Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills, and supporting documentation
• Maintaining accounts payable, ensuring timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt, and gathering appropriate signatures
• Updating financial records via accounting software
• Gathering payroll expenses and input into the appropriate entry line
• creating invoices – delivery notes – purchase orders – receipt vouchers and all company procedure-related documents
• keep track of signed invoices and delivery notes
• document control – saving hard and soft copies for all company documents
• inventory management entering and exiting materials as per the movement of material

Experience with Zoho Books, Quickbooks etc is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Accounting/Book keeping: 2 years (Required)
