Business Development Executive is responsible for developing new sales, coordinating sales operations, and implementing sales techniques that allow the business to meet and surpass its sales targets consistently. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. Must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.Responsibilities• Calling potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service and get their appointment for F2F meeting.• Answer questions about products or the company.• Ask questions to understand customer requirements, convince clients with products and close the sales on call.• Generate leads from the market through personal level marketing, networking & field visits.• Enter and update customer information in the database.• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.• Forecast and facilitate future sales.• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.• Execute work as per the instruction given by reporting manager.• Prepare and submit calling reports to the reporting manager on daily, weekly basis & monthly basis.• Achieve sales target given.Requirements• Experience in Real Estate, Stock Markets & Forex.• Experience in Business Development.• Good knowledge about Investments & Financial Markets.• Experience working in Investment Companies.• Minimum 1-2 year experience in Tele Sales – Banking, Non-Banking, Real Estate, Stock Markets, Forex Brokers, Insurance & Brokerage firms.• Candidates with own book of clients are highly preferred.Compensation : – Fixed Salary + CommissionNationality : – Open to All Nationals ( Arabs – Algerians & Moroccans Preferred )Whatzapp : – Fahad Ibrahim : Show Number
