The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Area Sales Leader (m/f/*) for Personal Safety Divisionat 3M Dubai for for Gulf (UAE, Kuwait & Qatar), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
Leading in Strategizing, Plan Way To Market, and executing all sales activities for Fall Protection sales on our wide range of top-quality innovative Fall Protection products/ Fall protection training courses and achieves sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts/countries/market segments within assigned territory
Identifying key accounts and market opportunities, develop them to become a sustainable business for 3M. Stay vigilant on competition activities and formulate plans to counter threat’s on key accounts/ core businesses
Support and lead channel partners in-line with assigned targets by continuously assessing channels performance and making sure they maintain healthy pipeline and delivering the set objectives and market coverage
Continuously expected to learn and improve skills of self and other team members, relative to the market, products, applications, selling, administrative and other skills
Demonstrating on-site equipment demos and providing basic training to end-users, Increase end-user professional and technical knowledge by educational workshops, site visits, seminars. Core product focus is drilling solutions
Providing weekly report to company management and monthly review on figures achieved against targets
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering
2+ years experience in Fall protection segment in Gulf region
Target Oriented with a proven track record of achievements
Business Acumen in Oil & Gas Industry
Highly organized and self motivated, able to work independently and collaborates within team
Valid Dubai/ Abu Dhabi driving license
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include
Additional MBA will be advantage
CRM management experience
Technology savvy (MS Office, Salesforce etc)
Experience with work in multinational culture
Project management, Prioritization, Communication Skills
Travel: May include up to 70% [domestic/international]
Location: This position will be based in Dubai, UAE
