Department: Parts
Reports To: Parts Manager
Summary:
The Car Spare Parts Salesman is responsible for providing excellent customer service and selling car spare parts to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of car parts and be able to recommend the right parts for each customer’s needs. They will also be able to build relationships with customers and provide them with the best possible shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and answer their questions about car spare parts.
Help customers find the parts they need and recommend the right parts for their needs.
Process sales transactions and answer customer inquiries about pricing and availability.
Build relationships with customers and provide them with excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate inventory records and track sales data.
Order new parts as needed.
Assist with other parts department duties as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry or a related field.
Strong understanding of car parts.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to build relationships with customers.
Proficient in ETK and Microsoft Office Suite
