Position Overview:
As a Real Estate Broker at luxe homes, you will play a key role in connecting buyers and sellers in the dynamic Dubai real estate market. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker who is passionate about helping clients find their dream homes and investment opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a network of clients and property listings.
Conduct property market analysis and stay updated on market trends.
Provide expert advice to clients on property transactions.
Facilitate property showings and negotiations.
Create and execute marketing strategies to attract potential clients.
Work closely with our in-house marketing team for personalized marketing support.
Utilize our Virtual Assistant to handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, paperwork, and data entry.
Ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Valid Real Estate Broker license in Dubai.
Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker in Dubai’s market.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market trends and regulations.
Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in using real estate software and technology.
A desire to grow and excel in the real estate industry.
