Requirements:
Essential:
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a finance leadership role, preferably in the consulting/insurance industry.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
Desired:
• Familiarity with GCC Market and Industry Experience
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CA preferred
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, and accounting software such as Zoho.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
