LUSH Cosmetics Looking for People and Payroll Manager at Dubai Full Time

You will also be managing the payroll function, ensuring that staff are paid correctly and timely but with kindness to treat everyone as individuals.

This role would benefit someone living in the local area with knowledge of local laws and culture.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing end to end legal documentation in the recruitment process including prepare, review and amend employee contracts.
• Responsible for developing HR policies and procedures contained/linked to the Employee Handbook
• Manage the monthly payroll process in an accurate and timely manner
• Review employee complaints, suggestions and queries and make sure they have been handled appropriately
• Part of the People Experience – a team made up of 4 people from different parts of the business with different experience and skills to resolve HR matters in a kind and respectful way.

Skills and Experience

• Up to date knowledge of local UAE and Bahrain labour laws and regulations
• Excellent time management skills
• Solution focused with a positive attitude
• Adaptable and able to juggle a variety of tasks all at the same time
• Previous experience in using Microsoft Dynamics payroll application would be an advantage but training will be provided
