Responsibilities
- Hiring across a wide variety of roles across the MENA region and globally.
- Managing TA process, working closely with different departments
- Determining selection criteria
- In charge of all internal recruitment processes, ensuring that the best selections are made
- Work with the CEO and other members of the management team.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from start to finish.
- Develop and update job descriptions while working with the HR Manager.
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques to source and maintain a consistently healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates.
Requirements
- Ideally have a degree
- Any experience of recruiting in the UAE and specifically within PR & Marketing will be highly desirable
- Must have excellent communication, sourcing, and interviewing skills.
- Onboarding experience

Salary: From AED7,000.00 per month
