Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
Schedule and conduct Internal and external trainings.
Assist with the Safety Management System in a JUST culture.
Q/Star and Q/Scan coordination.
Qualification and Authorization, (English) MINT user.
Help conduct investigations, finds root causes/cause mappings for corrective actions.
Operates within the approved CAR/ Part 145 system.
- Takeover of additional tasks when is required.

Training Coordinator
Working directly for the Quality Department. You will be involved from beginning to end for technical and non-technical training with department managers.

In addition, you ensure staff know when training is due; work with HOD for scheduling of the training. Keep up to date with the latest industry events, training mandates and be familiar with GCAA and EASA requirements.
Requirements
If you want to be the next Training Coordinator you must fulfill the following requirements:
University graduate with technical/administrative education background.
Knowledge of the applicable aviation regulations and standards and organization procedures relevant to the individual function in Lufthansa Technik.
Experience in civil aviation maintenance management and training functions.
Knowledge of aviation MRO operations .
Understand applications of Human Factors and Human Performance in aviation.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Computer knowledge and skills aided to office.
Communication and customer service skills required.

- Must possess a legal work permit in United Arab Emirates.
