This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient management of the CEO’s time, handling travel arrangements, managing complex schedules. In this role, the PA is expected to be comfortable with travel, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. Having the job autonomy, the PA will be responsible of ensuring smooth functioning of the CEO office, able to optimize the efficiency of current practices, unleash her potential to make necessary changes and impact the culture positively.Responsibilities: Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the CEO’s daily, weekly, and monthly schedule, including setting up meetings, appointments, and conference calls.Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans and itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transportation. Be prepared to travel with the CEO as required.Communication: Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail.Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.Meeting Preparation and Follow-Up: Organize meeting logistics, prepare meeting materials, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions and dealings.Personal Errands: Assist with personal errands and tasks as requested by the CEO.Additional Duties: Must be flexible and adaptable, taking on any additional duties as assigned by the management team that may be necessary to support the success of the company in addition to their core responsibilities.Adherence to Guidelines: Must also adhere to all company rules, guidelines, and processes, ensuring that they are followed at all times.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.A minimum of three years’ experience in a Personal Assistant role.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.Proactive with a can-do attitude.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
