To be part of the establishment and monitoring of the financial and internal control

To support the local business in day-to-day tasks and provide quality reporting to management and Zone plus adhoc analysis

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSABILITIES

Follow-up on Commercial Performance and KPI’s

Month end closing: P&L, Balance sheet and Cash flow

Carry out Budget preparation and Revisions

Adhoc analysis on sales and opex expenses for special events

Manage cost negotiations

Analysis selected expenses

Take part of stores inventories

Ensure respect of internal control procedures and perform operational reviews in stores

Enhance procedure in the zone, within LVM core procedure, when needed

Attend month end meeting with the Zone

Perform special projects as assigned by management (E-commerce)

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SUBSIDIARY (sales, profit, headcount, etc.)

10 entities, 7 countries and 18 stores

Around 700 employees

REQUIRED SKILLS

(Education, professional experience, foreign languages, computer skills …)

• Professional abilities and qualities: Analysis abilities, business acumen, drive for results, curiosity, pragmatism and strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Experience in retail and SAP knowledge would be a plus.

. 3-4 year experience as business controller

• Advanced quantitative, analytical and computer skills.
• Holder of Master degree from a top engineering school or management school.
• Speaking fluent English
