Responsibilities:
- Responsible for vendor follow up, purchase order creation, invoicing and goods receipting across all retail departments.
- Application and renewal of permits, licenses and certificates.
- Schedule services for facilities & maintenance and building assets
- Maintaining financial, employee, and client records for external suppliers
Profil
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software. Experience with SAP preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
