Poste

• Animation and follow-up the product categories within the store network (regular visits and contacts with the stores to maintain a live connection between stores and head office in order to transfer information on the business, to share a common vision, etc.),
• Analysis of the commercial performance in the store network in order to :

• Drive the business in a proactive way,

• Get trends data and store by store performance picture,

• Insure the rebalancing of stock,

• Follow-up the sell-through pattern,

• Coordinating the launch of new collections in the stores,
• Participating in buying sessions in Paris,
• Involvement in training of the store teams in collaboration with the training team,

• In general, animation of the product categories

• Being able to manage the product categories (volume and quantity, strategy, dynamic, price, etc),

Profil

• Real expertise and passion for Fashion and Retail in general,
• 3 to 5 years of experiences in Product Merchandiser, Buyer and/or Retail,
• Team player and able to build strong relationships with peers, management and the store network in a multilingual and multicultural environment,
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment,
• Strong analytical skills,
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage,
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, Power BI is a plus.
