To be part of the establishment and monitoring of the financial and internal control

To support the local business in day-to-day tasks and provide quality reporting to management and Zone plus adhoc analysis

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSABILITIES

_ Follow-up on Commercial Performance and KPI’s

_ Month end closing: P&L, Balance sheet and Cash flow

_ Carry out Budget preparation and Revisions

_ Adhoc analysis on sales and opex expenses for special events

_ Manage cost negotiations

_ Analysis selected expenses

_ Take part of stores inventories

_ Ensure respect of internal control procedures and perform operational reviews in stores

_ Enhance procedure in the zone, within LVM core procedure, when needed

_ Attend month end meeting with the Zone

_ Perform special projects as assigned by management (E-commerce)

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SUBSIDIARY (sales, profit, headcount, etc.)

10 entities, 7 countries and 18 stores

Around 700 employees

REQUIRED SKILLS

(Education, professional experience, foreign languages, computer skills …)

• Professional abilities and qualities: Analysis abilities, business acumen, drive for results, curiosity, pragmatism and strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Experience in retail and SAP knowledge would be a plus.

. 3-4 year experience as business controller

• Advanced quantitative, analytical and computer skills.
• Holder of Master degree from a top engineering school or management school.
• Speaking fluent English
