This Opportunity

LBS is looking for a Quality Manager to implement a robust quality assurance program in support of the MNG training mission in Saudi Arabia. The Quality Manager plays a critical role in delivering sustainable performance to the customer, while exceeding the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Quality Manager will ensure the safety of the mission and quality assurance functional tasks across all facilities and locations. The Quality manager is accountable for contract review, delivery of standards, an LBS cultural steward and effective communicator to all assigned.

Your Impact

Although specific duties vary by assignment or contract, typical duties include:

• Implement and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) onsite at the project that meets the customer requirements based on ISO9001 and AS9100 quality systems
• Define and track QMS metrics used to manage, improve the system, and demonstrate QMS effectiveness through periodic Management Reviews.
• Create, implement, and conduct the Quality audits based on schedule published with the intent to meet all the customer contract quality requirements and deliverables.
• Responsible for creation and periodic review and update of the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), Quality Control Plan (QCP) and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Drive the QMS systems to ensure that the quality and accuracy of products and services are maintained.
• Responsible for correcting all errors, omissions, or other required changes directed by the Government.
• Lead the corrective action /preventive action process (CAPA), address root cause, and implement a statistical process control for continuous improvement as appropriate.
• Responsible for creation of the Quality Control Program Report and submission to the customer.
  • The Quality Control Program Report shall be submitted by the 10th working day of the following month.
  • Inspection schedule 90 days (about 3 months) out
  • Findings from the previous month’s inspections
  • Status of all open Corrective Action Plans (CAP)

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree with exposure to Quality management
• Lead auditor certification in AS9100 /ISO9001 with practical experience in conducting audits and report outs
• Six sigma or Lean background preferred (not mandatory)
• 3-5 years of relevant Quality Manager’s experience in the Defense /Aerospace / Aviation sector
• Clear and concise communication skills with ability to interact with customers and internal teams at all levels
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities with attention to detail
• Clear understanding of quality management with ability to analyze data and statistical techniques
