About the RoleAs a key member of our team at Precision Hire Solution, you will be responsible for implementing daily customer delivery orders, including order consolidation, planning, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery in accordance with company standards and customer requirements. You will also manage 3PL operations, including loading and offloading, transportation processes, perfect order, and goods delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for accounts reconciliation with 3PL and POD management, including collection and submission on file. You will work closely with internal divisions, including finance, sales, and operations, to ensure order closure. Your daily tasks will also include managing delivery logs and order tracking reports. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the management of logistics vehicles and facilities, including repair and maintenance procedures.RequirementsMinimum of a university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in warehousing and transportation handling or operations managementFamiliarity with local logistics industry trends in the UAEAbility to maintain favorable relationships with contractors, consultants, and main clients in the GCC marketProficient oral and written communication in English, with excellent communication, coordination, and cooperation skills, and high execution and stress resistance
