We are seeking a dedicated professional to enhance our global operations and contribute to sustainable solutions.Position Overview:We are in search of a Logistics and Order Management Specialist to support our operations in the United Arab Emirates.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate handover documentation and customer Purchase Orders to confirm compliance with purchasing and sales regulations, emphasizing item specifics and terms before entering data into the SAP system.Process Sales Orders in SAP and generate Purchase Orders as needed.Take charge of all project deliverables, ensuring hardware, financial, and commercial outcomes are met, while managing disputes and maintaining customer satisfaction with timely deliveries.Conduct export control assessments for all orders and ensure adherence to Delegation of Authority (DoA) protocols.Follow up on payments, check for overdue accounts, and compile monthly financial reports in collaboration with the finance team.Verify all received orders for both commercial and technical accuracy.Ensure Order Confirmations are sent to customers in line with their Purchase Orders and the selling entity’s confirmations.Track the status of ongoing orders and keep customers informed of progress.Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to address procurement challenges and post-sale inquiries.Maintain precise records of discrepancies and prepare monthly summaries.Organize and secure shipping documentation while coordinating delivery processes between customers and internal teams.Create, send, and monitor Commercial Invoices to customers via email and courier services.Submit necessary documentation such as Intercompany Invoices, Commercial Invoices, and Proof of Delivery to the Finance Department.Update the latest delivery information to ensure accuracy in Monthly Sales Forecasts and expedite as necessary.Provide delivery status updates to relevant Sales Managers.Complete essential details in Sales Order Business Reports for Key Performance Indicators (KPI).Systematically organize and archive relevant communications and documentation in both electronic and physical formats.Engage in and actively support company initiatives, offering suggestions for improvements when possible.Assist other departments within Sulzer Pumps Middle East as required.Qualifications:Proficient in SAP.Familiarity with Sales Force.Competent in general computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Experience in office administration.Meticulous attention to detail.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic environment.
