Responsibilities:
Support the Sales Manager in sales plan, market insights, targets and sales performance so that
profitability, growth and revenue targets are met or exceeded
Manage all incoming leads through practicing consultative and assumptive selling techniques
Support in implementing the sales strategies to target tracking and telematics opportunities
Work closely with credit and collections team to minimize debt and fraud
Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with
potential and actual customers in a position to understand service requirements
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning
and organizing sales call schedule.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Conduct market research to better understand Location Solution offering and positioning
understanding of our products and services
Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
Promote the brand by maintaining and developing the corporate image and reputation, whilst
protecting and developing the company's brands via suitable PR activities on-line and off-line
Support the marketing function in all events and PR activities
Maintain and update a precise sales tracker on leads and conversions
Maintain and submit all relevant reports as required by the Line Manager on a periodic basis
Maintain and submit a renewals tracker of all existing accounts on a monthly basis
Attend all assigned online and class room based trainings on periodical basis
Prepare and present periodical sales report on the sales activities conducted to the Sales
Manager.
Build strong and effective account management relationships with clients by implementing best
account management practices.
Support in developing and implementing customer retention plans
Maintain a retention rate of a minimum of 75% on all existing accounts
To work closely with all internal departments to deliver the goal of total customer satisfaction.
Client account management by providing technical information and training.
