We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Lead HR Operations in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing HR operations, implementing policies, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR processes.Responsibilities:HR Operations Management:Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of HR services.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with UAE labor laws and company standards.Employee Lifecycle Management:Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding.Implement best practices for talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management.Compliance and Legal:Stay abreast of changes in UAE labor laws and ensure HR practices remain compliant.Collaborate with legal counsel to address employment-related matters and mitigate risks.HR Technology:Drive the implementation and optimization of HR systems to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.Provide training and support for HR technology tools to ensure efficient usage across the organization.Data Analysis and Reporting:Utilize HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, turnover, and other key metrics.Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key HR performance indicators.Employee Relations:Manage and resolve employee relations issues in collaboration with HR Business Partners.Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.Training and Development:Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of HR operations staff.Conduct workshops to promote a culture of continuous learning within the HR team.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.Extensive experience in HR operations, preferably in the UAE.In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.Strong leadership and people management skills.Proven experience in HR technology implementation and optimization.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
