As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap for our Construction product, ensuring it meets the needs of construction professionals and aligns with Locai’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a passion for Construction technology, and the ability to translate market needs into compelling product features.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the product roadmap in alignment with LocAI’s strategic goals and objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, AI/ML, design, marketing, and commercial, to deliver high-quality product features.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.Develop detailed product specifications and user stories to guide the development process.Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to improve user satisfaction and product value.Work closely with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring a user-centric approach to product development.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies in AI, and regulatory changes in construction industryQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.5+ years of experience in product management, must be within the Construction and technology sector.Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products.Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in Construction.Experience with EHR/EMR systems and HL7/FHIR integration is highly desirable.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
