Procurement ManagerWe seek a skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to efficiently oversee our client’s procurement and supply process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling RFQs, identifying reliable sources of supply, negotiating terms with suppliers, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and working independently with minimal supervision.Responsibilities:RFQs/RFPs from clients, clarify requirements, and communicate with clients to address any issues.Evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure supplier offerings meet specified requirements.Maintain communication with suppliers and clients regarding updates and details of goods.Generate purchase orders, reconcile them with supply requests, and prepare provisional costings for profitability assessment.Analyse invoices for accuracy of goods delivered and services rendered.Manage inventory in SAP B1, monitor inventory levels, and track all incoming RFQs/RFPs to ensure timely responses and communicate status with clients weekly.Requirement:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or BTech.5 years of experience in a senior role in any industry within the GCC.Proficiency in using ERP systems and excellent Excel skills.Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
