Our client a leading multinational company is seeking to hire a Inventory Planner.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine the optimal balance between service rate to stores and stock coverage: monitoring of service rates, On Shelf Availability, sales and out-of-stock analysis and implementation of specific corrective action plan with category managers, operations and suppliers.Support the foreacaster in the elaboration of a demand forecast, at SKU level, based on financial / commercial expectations (Budget).Compute the optimum quantity to be purchased based on forecast, product life cycle and supplier’s specificities and Open To Buy.Coordinate the supply performance of the brand portfolio with the Commercial team: release an accurate set of KPIs, monitor the quality of deliveriesTrack out of stocks, at warehouse and shop levels, and elaborate a recovery scenario based on cost and opportunity logic.Issue accurate purchase orders to suppliers on a timely manner and track / insure supplier deliveries until agreed final destination.Skills, Knowledge, and Experience requiredAt least three years experience in a similar role
