What you will enjoy doing

• You will manage our multicultural team in Dubai and set annual objectives for team and individuals
• You will further ensure a safe and optimised operation of the facility, in accordance with local and Linde Group guidelines
• Monitoring, controlling and managing the performance of contractors & suppliers will also be your task
• You will support the Global Helium team and other Linde Group helium sites with expertise from the Dubai operation
• In addition you will determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and induct new employees or oversee those processes
• Furthermore you will manage all human resources & administrative issues for the Dubai team
• Maintain the good relationship with the key personnel of our suppliers will also be part of your responsiblities
• You will provide local support for sales and sourcing development activities in this region

What makes you great

• You have a Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering and 10+ years management and supervisory experience
• Additionally, you have experience with international and multicultural environment and with leading a multicultural team in the spirit of Linde’s ethical values
• Furthermore you have strong leadership skills and influencing skills to work with peers across the local RBU and other global teams
• Further you demonstrate proven ability to develop & maintain strong social networks
• You are a strategic thinker with excellent coordination skills
• Excellent oral & written communication skills in English complete your profile
• Furthermore you possess basic knowledge of all aspects of Helium operations
