knowledge and ability to sell LMS (Learning Management System), Accounting & ERP Software, Display Management System.
Aptitude in sales especially digital products like Interactive Display Kiosks, Customised Digital Kiosks, and Registration Kiosks and Software.
Ability to explain complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.
Ability to Develop Proposals for the government authorities concerned
Ability to Develop a pipeline of customers who express interest in the product and prepare any quotes
Experienced in tender participation.
Ability to provide technical advice after-sales.
Good analytical and organizational skills.
Ability in conveying the features and benefits of the products and services and closing the deal using sales and negotiation tactics.
Should be able to overcome rejection and be able to work under pressure to meet quotas.
Ability to convert prospective clients into customers using IT and sales acumen and provide customization of products according to the client needs.
Strategize with management and fellow IT executives based on feedback from the field.
Maintain good relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance researching and recommending new ideas.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
