The job holder will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager to plan, develop, and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive the business growth.
Manage and maintain internal and external partnerships to support business initiatives, inclusive of vendor relationships.
DO — Key Responsibilities
1.
Marketing / Trade / Territory Marketing Calendar
Manage the trade marketing calendar and update on a weekly basis with planning and alignment from all territories and stakeholders
Support territory teams on all marketing related requirements for stores (full price and sale campaigns)
Share details and creatives for monthly newsletter with central Shukran team
2.
Marketing Budget & Finance Coordination
Filing of PR / PO / GRN in the S2P2P system
Registering new vendors and liaising with all vendors / partners for payments
End to End Vendor management – onboarding & LPO processing
Maintaining supplier / vendor tracker in line with marketing budget for each activity, month & year.
Tracking of budgeted vs actual spends by month and activity
Liaise with territory teams for visibility on territory marketing budgets
Financial acumen – monitor and report program financials, budgets, and fees to senior management

Marketing Support
Support with marketing presentations for all campaigns and preparing for meetings
Support in the development of post implementation review and recommendations for future activity, campaign tracking and post campaign reporting / analysis
Manage sample collection for shoots, influencers etc. and liaise with respective buying teams / brands
Keep abreast of the industry trends and competitors’ information, complete regular competition analysis and share report with the team
Assist with Gift Voucher creation and IT set-up support
Assist in implementing ad hoc marketing initiatives and campaigns
