Levantine Healthcare Hiring for Sales Healthcare Architect – Arabic Job at Dubai Full Time

We are a Healthcare Consultancy based in Dubai, UAE currently looking for an Arabic speaking Sales Architect/Engineer to work for us in Dubai.

Job Role:

• Closely collaborate with customers, identify key decision makers, and establish trustworthy business relationships.
• Analyze customer requests and ensure appropriate actions are taken promptly within the business; liaising with manufacturing, planning, and quality as necessary. When necessary, organize online meetings to facilitate efficient collaboration between the customer and the company.
• Assist Architectural and Design Professional clients with design consultation and product selection to help them complete their projects.
• Influence product specifications that are consistent with the company’s Product Plan and are likely to generate sales and ROI for the company. Track projects actively during the early design stages to influence the specification.
• Analyze the commercial market and strategically build relationships with A&D professionals who can specify and influence product sales.
• Respond to the market by providing value as a knowledgeable rep with prompt follow-up. Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner. Handle day-to-day interactions with buyers and other customer service representatives.
• Follow-up Sales: Follow up to ensure that the product information provided is sufficient and that specifications are held before entering the bid process. Have the ability to multi-task and follow up diligently.
• To better launch and promote target products and programs, network within the industry. Monitor competitor activity and promote company offering strategically.
• Maintain clean and well-organized sample libraries at design and architecture firms, staying current with new product introductions and promptly removing discontinued products.
• During sales calls, emphasize new product promotion by presenting actual product samples that best represent the product rather than photos.
• Work independently and travel throughout assigned region to call on regular and prospective customers such as Architects, Designers, Developers, General Contractors, and Clients. 3-5 calls per day, with a weekly minimum of 10-15.
• Undertake design project from concept to completion.
• Conceptualize, sketch design plan, and prepare a presentation.
• Create detailed drawings
• Plan and design attractive layouts for different projects
• Extensive understanding of building layouts, joinery, and bespoke furniture
• Knowledge of materials and finishes as well as strong technical background
• Able to clarify details of design and technical aspects with vendors and team members
• Utilize Sketch-Up and AutoCad to present presentations to clients (3D and 2D mock-ups)
• Render 3D models using V-Ray.
• Stays current with industry knowledge

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior design or similar
• 2 – 3 years of experience in related field
• Healthcare design Experience (Required)
• Experienced with DHA facility requirements (Required)
• Familiar with DCD, DM requirements and process (Preferred)
• Good knowledge in using AutoCAD, VRay, Photoshop, SketchUp, 3DMax, Illustrator, and other design programs
• A strong sense of creativity and communication
• Demonstrated ability to execute
• Expertise in layout, color, lighting
• Must be able to provide a portfolio of design work
• Must be willing to go for a remote 2-3 days trial
• Language: Arabic (Required)
