We are a Healthcare Consultancy based in Dubai, UAE currently looking for an Arabic Speaking Engineer/Architect to work for us in Dubai.

Job Role:

• Undertake design project from concept to completion.
• Conceptualize, sketch design plan, and prepare a presentation.
• Create detailed drawings
• Plan and design attractive layouts for different projects
• Extensive understanding of building layouts, joinery, and bespoke furniture
• Knowledge of materials and finishes as well as strong technical background
• Able to clarify details of design and technical aspects with vendors and team members
• Utilize Sketch-Up and AutoCad to present presentations to clients (3D and 2D mock-ups)
• Render 3D models using V-Ray.
• Stays current with industry knowledge

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior design or similar
• 2 – 3 years of experience in related field
• Healthcare design Experience (Required)
• Experienced with DHA facility requirements (Required)
• Familiar with DCD, DM requirements and process (Preferred)
• Good knowledge in using AutoCAD, VRay, Photoshop, SketchUp, 3DMax, Illustrator, and other design programs
• A strong sense of creativity and communication
• Demonstrated ability to execute
• Expertise in layout, color, lighting
• Must be able to provide a portfolio of design work
• Must be willing to go for a remote 2-3 days trial
• Language: Arabic (Required)
