Distribute the agenda for the Board of Directors Record and distribute minutes of all Board meetings Manage subsidiaries minute book and other Legal documents Ensure Boards policy manual is up to date Ensure Board complies with with DOA Work with the CEO to provide assistance on Corporate Governance Assist the Company Secretary as and when required.
The Successful Applicant
2 + years experience as a Legal & Board Assistant University degree in Law Excellent eye for detail Strong Numerical reasoning skills
