Major Responsibilities
Human Resources:
On Boarding
1. Arrange interviews of candidates. Ensure all forms filled before interview.
2. Coordinate with respective departments for interview and candidates.
3. Post Selection, issue of offer letter. Offer Acceptance and confirm joining. Ask candidates to provide with all documents before or on the date of joining.
4. Process employment Visa with submitted documents and hand over visa on employee priori to joining.
5. Joining – On joining ensure all joining formalities are completed on first day. Induction of department and making candidate report to Reporting manager. Provide joining orientation to all staff.
6. Employee Record – Ensure all the employee details are updated in HRMS / personal files as per checklist and ensure the file is kept updated at any given time. Create Employee Id, Attendance biometric.
Performance Appraisal
1. Support HR Manager and all employees on provided with Appraisal forms, ensure they are been submitted back to Hr with HOD reviews on scheduled time and keep them organize for HR Manager to further evaluate.
2. Support HR Manager in finalize Performance Appraisal report for management. On approval ensure the incremented details are updated in HRMS system to support payroll and the copy to be handed over to Accounts.
Payroll
1. Maker – Ensure the payroll related details is punched in payroll system by 20th of every month with updating attendance, joining , exit staff, increments, leave details, LOP, fines, deductions with 100% accuracy.
2. Payroll data to be submitted to HR Manager for final review within 3 days from process to ensure HR has double check and the payroll to be handed over to Accounts.
Exit
1. You will be responsible to prepare final settlement of staff who have resigned/ Termination within scheduled time to ensure the exit of any staff is not delayed in any circumstances.
HR Operations
1. Handle day to day HR operations. Preparing bank letters, warning letters, increments letter, terminations, Annual Leaves, Sick leaves, etc.
2. Support employees with their queries promptly and ensure all queries are addressed immediately. Any Delays to be escalated to Reporting Manager.
All other HR Support to Reporting Manager and Management as and when asked.
Administration:
1. Manage company office leases, licenses and permits application, renewal and manage online accesses
2. Arrange for subscription activation, deactivation and payment such as Electricity and Water, telecom and Internet.
3. Manage LPOs and reconciliation with Finance Department
4. Research and booking travel arrangements for staff members
5. In-charge for any online payments (utility bills, etc.) approved by Finance Department (using corporate credit card issued from company). Ensure the Credit card in reconcile on monthly basis against Accounts report.
6. Provide continuous support in the improvement of HR & Admin processes.
7. Maintain Office Assets AMC andensure all the Company Electronics items, Gadgets are in working conditions.
8. Provide basic IT Support to all staff along with outsourcing IT staff.

Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR software
Knowledge of HR software (HRIS or HRMS and Recruitment Marketing platforms)
Familiarity with GCC labor laws

Qualifications
Bachelor in Human Resources or Business Administration or related hand-on experience in HR.
