Administration Coordinator
Job Location : UAE
Job Requirement:
• Candidate should be fluent in English and must know MS Office.
• Handling the overseas recruitment support activities – entire administration activities.
• Handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and complete tasks on given time.
• Maintaining & updating the international recruitment tracker sheet for each client as per SOP
• Interact with the suppliers / candidates for checking the interest level and gather all necessary information from them for updating the tracker sheets.
• Maintain the company server with all the clients and candidate’s documents for easy access and for future references.
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and update the list of vacancies on a regular basis.
• Handle end to end recruitment process – Manage the full recruitment cycle, from taking the job brief, sourcing relevant CVs, identifying and interviewing suitable candidates, receiving shortlist, interview arrangement, negotiations if required, closing offers and deployment.
• Monitoring & tracking hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
• To always embody, the confidentiality required to work closely with clients and candidates.
