Job Summary
To analyse, design, develop, deliver and evaluate leadership development programmes for TELLAL Institute. The position requires leadership training analysis, delivery and design of training for senior leaders. Establishing mentoring programmes for senior leaders and coaching school leaders for development purposes.
To provide individual coaching for senior leaders as well as developing larger scale coaching & mentoring programmes within the institute.
Source and implement assessment and development tools that will enhance the leadership capabilities of partner school leaders and future leaders, supporting partner schools in their overall business strategy of growing the business through its employees and Professional Learning and Development (PLD) initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
Leadership Academy PLD Programmes
Analyse leadership programmes against leadership competencies and standards, and create recommendations based on the outcome of analysis.
Conduct and design internal training programmes, based on the above recommendations.
Develop programmes including mentoring and internal resource groups.
Create and deliver a coach training programme for senior leaders.
Communicating and coordinating training/assessment programmes and ensuring attendance of the right audience.
Performance Coaching
Deliver individual professional learning and development (PLD) coaching sessions for Senior Leaders (Aspiring Princiapls) – creating and overseeing professional development plans.
360 Assessment Protocol and Procedures
Design and implement a 360 feedback survey for senior leaders in line with GEMS Leadership Competencies and Standards.
External Vendor Partnerships
Responsible for sourcing and selecting best practice training vendors.
Designing, both in-house and with expert third parties, a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, action learning & e-learning.
Communicate with consultants regarding venues, needs assessments and audiences.
Impact Evaluation
Responsibility for setting up systems and processes to ensure accurate maintenance of the learning and talent KPIs, this includes training reports.

Education
Degree (Preferably in Education, Business, Psychology or Human Resources) – Essential
Masters Degree (Preferably in Education, Leadership, Business, Psychology or Human Resources) – Preferred
Certification in Coaching/Training – Essential
Certificate in Psychometrics/360 Assessment – Preferred
Experience
Experience working in the education sector
Experience in Human resources, coaching, and/or training and performance management.
Experience training and coaching senior leaders
Experience of working with diverse nationalities and different management levels.
Experience of management development and soft skills training
Experience of designing and delivering training solutions
Experience of partnering with third parties
Budget management experience
Working knowledge of the organisation that is relevant to professional learning & development
An understanding of the UAE Government/Education Licensing laws and bodies
