As a Lead Project Surveyor, you will be responsible for orchestrating tasks assigned by senior colleagues and collaborating with leadership to ensure project timelines are adhered to or to provide alternative solutions when deadlines are at risk.While the focus is primarily on pre-contract activities, familiarity with post-contract processes and experience during the construction phase will be advantageous.Key ResponsibilitiesOverseeing a range of intricate deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.Ensuring the team is well-informed about the project scope, clarifying roles and responsibilities.Directing essential deliverables such as feasibility studies, cost estimations, procurement, and contract negotiations.Leading a team in executing measurement tasks within the office environment.Facilitating value engineering and value management efforts.Setting a positive example and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.Developing and interpreting benchmarking data effectively.Managing project resources within the allocated budget.Monitoring and evaluating the performance of Project Surveyors and other team members.Ensuring all outputs align with the AECOM Project Delivery System.Collaborating with senior personnel to assign sufficient resources for timely task completion.
