You will be responsible for managing customer transactions and providing exceptional customer service in a laundry facility. You must be able to handle cash and manage daily financial reports. You will be required to work flexible hours and have excellent communication and customer service skills.Responsibilities:- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.- Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit and debit card transactions.- Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of laundry items.- Manage customer accounts and assist with billing inquiries.- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to resolve any issues or concerns.- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Certificate in Accounting/Finance (preferred) – Previous experience in cash handling and customer service preferred.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash registers and credit card machines.- Overall, Laundry Cashier and Customer Service You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience in a laundry facility.
