Position Title: Fulfilment Center Associate

We pick up, clean & deliver within 24 hours, with the service currently being available in 11 markets around the globe. After a successful start, we are now ready to grow our young and dynamic team even further and continue our international expansion.

We are currently looking for a Fulfilment Center Associate as a contractor to join our fast-growing team at our office in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

The tasks involved include but are not limited to the following:

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring the quality of goods.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area, direct staff as needed to ensure proper standards are maintained at all times.
• Communicating job expectations and coaching the employees in the warehouse, time management and a critical understanding of tasks on a day to day basis are important in order to prioritize resources.
• Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
• Stock control along with daily reports and error reporting.
• Preparing Stock orders and ensuring timely deliveries by reporting to the regional manager.
• Identify areas of improvement and establish them innovatively.
• Takeover onboarding of new drivers and maintain pre-set standards within the fleet.
• Coordinate with the fleet team on daily operations calls and participate in fleet management of the city by being the POC for troubleshooting.
• Be part of the projects related to driver quality and driver retention.
• Periodic Vehicle checks to ensure proper standards are being met.
• Carrying out other day to day instructions that may be appointed to you by the regional manager with relevance to your position.

An ideal candidate:

• Energetic individual who is quick and resourceful.
• Fluency in English is a must, Urdu/Hindi will be a beneficial asset in this position.
• Fair computer knowledge along with a good understanding of Excel.
• Ability to communicate professionally.
• Handle pressure and be able to make decisions based on different scenarios.
• Time management skills, the ability to properly allocate time to different tasks throughout the day,
