Responsible for sourcing products and services for Marketing department in line with the company policies and operating procedures. Work closely with Assistant Manager to plan, prepare and execute internal and external branding that is in line with brand guidelines. This position will communicate with internal as well as government stakeholders to negotiate and execute all necessary permits for the business, hence advanced communication skills in English and Arabic are a must.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor management:
Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors
Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns for and on behalf of Marketing department
Ensure that the execution of the marketing branding is flawless and in timely manner across all stores in the GCC region
Develop a network of reliable vendors across the region
Order and follow through marketing branding and collateral application and distribution
Ensure that the company process has been followed in terms of payment to the third-party vendors
Align with internal departments as well as representatives of the government entities on the necessary permits for the campaigns and promotions
Ensure that all the permits for the branding installation are sourced before execution
Keep a relationship and regularly inform mall representatives on the activities of the brands
Keep track of all the executed projects
Report monthly about the branding activities to the department head
Miscellaneous:
Keep flawless track of the Marketing budget and spend and report weekly to the head of department
Cooperate with Finance team to submit necessary documents in order to successfully follow companies operating procedures
Translate from English to Arabic as requested
Support Marketing team with other tasks as requested by heads of department
Qualifications
Qualification:
In-depth knowledge of contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms
Knowledge of printing and branding materials and execution of the branding
Superb communication skills in both English and Arabic
Outstanding negotiation skills
Problem solver with a strong analytical mindset
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent customer service skills
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in vendor management for Marketing department
1-3 years of experience in the theme parks or entertainment industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Able to travel to meet with suppliers and work overtime as required
