Kuehne+Nagel Hiring for National Air Logistics Revenue Care Manager Job at Dubai Full Time

We are looking for a qualified Air Logistics Customer Care Manager to join our National Office in Dubai.

Your Role

You will be responsible to deliver excellence in managing the team responsible for revenue and cost processes within KN. You will be also responsible for facilitating the company processes associated with the auditing of transactions to ensure maximum profitability, and data accuracy. It shall be the responsibility of the Revenue Care manager to also work with counterparts in the customer care and operational care teams to ensure that the requisite upstream processes are in place to facilitate the functions of the revenue care team. Equally important, the revenue care manager shall ensure that specific KPI’s related to timely billing, working capital and month end closing are met,

Your Responsibilities

• Act as Head of Revenue Care Center.
• Provide leadership and direction to the revenue care organization.
• Ensure excellence through high-qualify file auditing.
• Support the processes associated with Invoice entry, Cost entry and Gross Profit Confirmation.
• Ensure close cooperation with Airfreight Managers of the Customer Care teams, operational care learns and Systems & Processes teams for optimized functions.
• Manage actively interfaces and information / knowledge exchange between KN teams, sales organizations and customers relating to credit issues, payment issues and related topics.
• Contribute as process owner to continuous improvements of processes and controls for lean and cost-efficient operations To optimize proceedings to ensure development of Profit specific KPI’s.
• Ensure the highest levels of productively within the organization.
• Support Airfreight procurement and carrier/supplier relationship management as it relates to payables.
• Cooperate closely with Sales on strategic accounts as needed.
• Cooperate closely with Customer Service to gain specialized customer specific knowledge and to receive first-hand feedback about revenue care execution.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance is preferred and Degree or diploma in fright forwarding is plus.
• Two to five years of experience in finance and fright forwarding.
• Two to five years of experience in air logistics.
• High Knowledge of freight forwarding in the context of finance.
• Knowledge of KN products, services and processes. is a plus.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Proven leadership with a high degree of communication skills and change management mindset.
• Performance driven with high time management and financial acumen.
• High level of attention to details and managerial skills in organizing, planning, assigning and controlling, as well a decision making skills.
• Flexibility with a demonstrate ability to work under pressure.
