Kuehne+Nagel Hiring for Local Marketing Specialist Job at Dubai Full Time

We are looking for a Local Marketing Specialist to join our National Office in Dubai.

YOUR ROLE

Local Marketing Specialist will be responsible planning and execution of local marketing activities with the purpose to generate marketing qualified leads for the specific BU. Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the selected marketing strategy as well as measuring and analyzing campaign and lead performance at local level.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• In line with the objectives of the Global Marketing Plan and local requirements, develop local marketing strategies, Omni channel campaign design, implementation & optimization.
• Research assigned markets, understand SWOTS, its personas and their respective pain points and develop customer segments in order to create best in class lead generation marketing tactics in line with the global marketing plans.
• Work closely with the rest of Centre of Excellence on content strategies and – calendars, and (digital) marketing KPI’s & optimization of those on a continuous basis.
• Work closely with key stakeholders on global, regional and corporate level.
• Provide regular reports and analysis of campaign performance to respective National BU or Functional Units and set-up regular exchanges on marketing developments.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing position with an international company
• Proven experience with persona creation, lead generationcampaign design and implementation, account segmentation
• Proven experience in paid media- campaign and creative – brief creation and implementation
• Proficient in marketing plan creation, marketing research and statistical analysis, as well as A/B testing
• Extensive B2B Omni channel marketing execution and related KPI’s management
• Demonstrated ability to work on tight deadlines and excel in a fast-paced business environment
• Multi-project and time management skills with flexibility to adapt to deviations and re-arrange priorities
