Your Role

Within this role you will develop your finance career through rotations in various functions within the Finance team. You will work on 3 rotations across the function, with the addition of job shadowing the National Finance Director to ensure that you receive well rounded knowledge of all focus areas required for success in a senior management finance role.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop skills and ability to complete all tasks in relation to General Ledger, Working Capital and Controlling
• Shadow NF in during placements to learn more about their role
• Work with Finance team in host Country to develop strong understanding of all tasks required within Finance
• Follow and adhere to Kuehne Nagel Finance Guidelines
• Work with Country Finance team and coordinate communication with Knowledge Centre and Regional finance team on tasks including but not limited to;
  
  • Analysis of P&L
  • FSL and Month End closing
  • Monthly reporting for Country and Regional reference
  • Process improvements and support implementation where applicable
  • Loss file analysis and improvement initiatives
  • Ensure Country expense budgets are adhered to
  • Allocation of unacknowledged invoices

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics
• Young Adults with at least 1-2 years working experience in an international company
• Excel advanced skills
• Knowledge of office based IT tools
• Ability to work independently
• Databases, SQL, access knowledge
• Good communication skills, proactive approach
• Basic practical Finance experience
