Job Description :
• Candidates having experience from construction industry are requested to apply.
• Should have experience to work as HR Coordinator or similar to handle HR Operations / Recruitment.

• Medical / Group Life insurance
• Site allocations
• Attendance / Payroll
• Also should have work experience as a Recruiter for Staff and workmen.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Assist the Recruitment Manager for complete cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
• Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team·
• Acting as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Perform all other HR administration task assigned by the manager.
