KSK Homes Hiring for Hotel Female Housekeeping Coordinator Job at Dubai Full Time

An experienced female housekeeping coordinator is required in Dubai Academic City. Minimum of 4 years of previous Dubai hotel experience is a must, references should be available upon request.

Run sold and vacant dirty room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms in PMS. Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities. Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Guest Laundry. Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk. Prepare and distribute assignment sheets/work boards to Housekeeping staff. Record, monitor, and update list of ‘Do Not Disturb’ rooms. Ensure that vacant dirty rooms are cleaned by the necessary time. Ensure all guest requests are resolved in a timely manner. Participate in monthly department inventory inspections.

You will have previous experience with Opera, Protel or any known PMS.

You will be able to work different shifts as per property requirement, weekends and holidays. This is 6 days a week vacancy.

Immediate availability is a must for the successful candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED1,800.00 – AED2,000.00 per month
