Job DescriptionMajor duties and responsibilitiesType, Manage, and Track all Online Applications on the E Government Sites – Employment, Visit Visa, Mission visa, Dependents Visa, Trade Licenses, Registrations etc.Ensure all Emirati employees are registered with the Pension Authorities.Schedule employee s medicals and Emirates ID and help them with the process.Organise Business Visas for employees from the different consulates.Organize and manage periodic renewal of all trade licenses and government registrations.Timely Track, Organize and Manage periodic visa renewals of all employees and dependents for managers and above.Assist with general queries related the labour and immigration.Represent the company at locations such as the Police Stations, Free Zones, Labour, Immigration, and Ministries etc.Be vigilant to capture and record any new changes and updates and accordingly communicate the same to the HR Consultant.Manage and handle all petty cash on hand, by submitting bills in a timely manner.Maintain and keep up to date all employee folders existing and leavers, update the online HR portal with all relevant information on visa expiry, WPS etc.Handle with care all confidential information like salaries, and documents like passport, certificates etc., and all petty cash on hand.Ensure all monthly reports are submitted on time, WPS, Pension, etc.Providing on boarding assistance like, help with house search, driver s license and Alcohol License processing etc.PROFILEEducation Requirements— Higher Secondary School Qualification or Bachelor’s DegreeWork Experience RequirementsMinimum of 2 years’ experience working with UAE Immigration authorities for an international company. Must have a valid UAE driving licenseKnowledge / Technical Skills1 Email correspondence2 Basic MS Office3 Ability to research for information pertaining to changes in regulations4 Fluency with UAE Immigration laws
