We are seeking a Recruiter to join our Projects Talent Acquisition team. As part of the integral EMEA Projects team, you will be dedicated to our well known, global clients supporting their expansion in Saudi Arabia.
Our Recruiters build and optimize client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates, while helping guide our clients through the recruitment process.
As a Recruiter you will focus on being a true business partner, providing high-touch relationship management, customer focus and responsiveness in both client and candidate facing activities. You will consultatively manage the end-to-end recruitment process and will become a trusted advisor on recruitment related activities. You will also be the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.
This role can be based in Lebanon or Egypt.
